Description of Service

TaoTango provides tango dance classes, workshops, retreats, and related services that combine Argentine tango with yoga, tai chi, and mindfulness practices in various locations across India.

User Accounts

Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Keep your contact information current

Use of Services

Permitted Use

• Book and attend classes, workshops, and events
• Participate in community discussions respectfully
• Share appropriate content related to tango and wellness
• Use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes

Prohibited Use

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use our services for commercial purposes without permission
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others

Booking and Payment Terms

Class Bookings

• All bookings are subject to availability
• Payment is required to confirm your booking
• We reserve the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances

Cancellation Policy

• Monthly passes are 50% refundable or transferable
• Class cards can be extended in case of illness or emergency
• Workshop cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance for full refund
• Retreat cancellations are subject to specific terms provided at booking

Intellectual Property

• All content on our website is protected by copyright and trademark laws
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without permission
• User-generated content remains your property, but you grant us license to use it

Health and Safety

Physical Activity

• Participate in physical activities at your own risk
• Consult healthcare providers before beginning any new physical program
• Inform instructors of any physical limitations or injuries
• Follow safety guidelines and instructor directions

Liability Limitation

TaoTango is not liable for injuries or accidents that may occur during classes, workshops, or events. Participants engage in activities at their own risk.

Community Guidelines

• Treat all community members with respect and kindness
• Maintain appropriate physical and emotional boundaries

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

• Schedule and instructor changes may occur
• Weather and external factors may affect outdoor activities

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaoTango shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Goa, India.
